Yoga Therapy
What is
Yoga Therapy?
Yoga therapy is a collaborative and embodied approach to healing, rooted in and inspired by the traditions of yoga.
Each therapeutic yoga session invites clients to reconnect with their innate wholeness through practices such as gentle movement (asana), breathing techniques (pranayama), mantra and sound, meditation, and visualization.
Rather than fixing or forcing change, yoga therapy creates space to listen, restore balance, and support the body’s intelligence.
Sessions are individualized and collaborative, meeting you exactly where you are and supporting a return to a more grounded, empowered state of being.
All are welcome, at any stage of their journey.
❋ ❋ ❋ Rather than fixing or forcing change, yoga therapy creates space to listen, restore balance, and support the body’s intelligence.
Therapeutic yoga sessions are offered virtually or in person, either at your home or at a local studio in Kailua-Kona, on the Big Island of Hawaii.
Sessions can be booked individually, though committing to a series of four is encouraged. Everyone is beautifully unique, so your recommended practices will be, too. It simply takes time to understand what practice may suit you best, at this particular stage of your life - I recommend booking four sessions. This allows us to build a practice that is truly yours, refine it as we go, and explore whatever comes up along the way.
Therapeutic yoga sessions are offered on a sliding scale of $50–$85 per session. A sliding scale means you choose what you pay within that range, based on your own financial situation - and there is no explanation needed. Those who can pay toward the higher end help make it possible for others to pay toward the lower end. Whatever you choose, you will receive the same wholehearted care and attention.
My intention is for access to this style of holistic healing not to be limited by financial circumstances. Please click below to book your session.
